I hope that this letter finds you safe and healthy as we enter the New Year.
2020 was certainly a challenging year, and early indicators in 2021 do not suggest that we will “return to normal” soon – hence this letter and my desire to understand what we can do to better serve you.
Recognizing that every Care Center is different, I have drafted a Center-based survey to identify new needs that may have arisen due to COVID-19, with the singular goal of better supporting you, your patients and patients’ families, during this challenging time. I’ve also included open text fields should you have additional thoughts and ideas.
As a small company, we are not bound by layers of decision-making, and can “personalize” our support and service to your specific Center’s needs, and begin immediately. We just need to understand what might be of valuable to you. The survey will include sections on communications, educational support, sampling and free product for patients due to changes in insurance, and an “open feedback section” to capture any other area of need.
